Cellphone contract.

Hi my name is Alfred, I had a cell phone contract with MTN, I requested them to cancel the contract on the 29/05/2024 because it was ending on the 11/06/2024, as per ref***, the consultant's name was Nancy,but to my surprise they are still sending me bills via email.
