Cellphone Contract Application

I app**** for an MTN contract online. A consultant by the name Sthembile Ngwane gave me a call. She did the credit check and all and the contract was pre-approved. She asked me to send my ID, payslips, three months bank statement as well as my proof of residence. I did that. She never acknowledged that she got my documents. I emailed her and asked if she received them. No response. I emailed her again asking for the progress of the application as she said it takes about 24 hours. Now it's over 24 hours and still no communication what so ever.
