Cellphone contract

I am not having happy with MTN. I have a contract with them and when I always want to call the collections department they put me on hold till the hang up. I’ve been calling since but no assistance. I even asked for my policy schedule I don’t have it I only keep receiving bills. How is one going to continue when you keep avoiding but when it comes to payments you want them?
