Cellphone contract

I have been calling mtn for almost a month trying to cancel my cellphone contacts but the process had become a nightmare as I have not been assisted till this day,when I first called they made me an offer for one contract and agreed to cancel the other contract,a couple of days later the use of one phone was blocked because they had not received funds,I paid so they can open the phone and asked to cancel the contract AGAIN and they claim nothing is on the system about me requesting to cancel and asked them to start the process....on the next call after the contract was not canceled I was told I asked to upgrade a contract which I asked them to cancel and an email was sent to head office to listen to the recording of the call which they called and said it could not be found and told to be patient but till today nothing has been done and I must continue paying for a service that I do not want the given references *** *** 1-*** *** please assist Lucas Kekana
