CELLPHONE CLAIM

Hello Peter

On the 20/11/2016 I lost my phone which I reported on 21/11/2016 to the MTN and Police station and did what was necessary in terms of documentation. I then forwrded my claim application to MTN ********** on the 22/11/2016 ********** An automative message was sent back to me to say that I would be contacted within 5days from the 22/11/2016. Up to this day I have not received any feedback from MTN. I have been phoning for feeback from my work landline that has cost implications and I would hold for 30 full minutes with no response what so ever. The mtn insurance line I have been calling is: ********** 084. Even this morning I was on the line for 9minutes with no response. No E-mail no nothing. The telephone number that I can be reached on at the moment is ********** 015, which is my work direct line that I forwarded to MTN as well via e-mail. Once again with no response. My cry is about not being acknowledged at all. I'm fully aware of the high call volume they are experiencing - but they not even responding to my e-mails. The ********** 000 number would put me through but then gets cut off after a while before I even get through.

Regards

Abonga

********** 015

Morning Peter. To date I am still sitting without the approved handset. I was asked to make a payment of R350.00 excess fee of which I paid on the 06/03/2017 due to the delay which was caused by the insurer. I then forwarded the proof of payment to them as requested and today I do a follow up on the handet after a numerous of e-mails sent to Nothando Mfeketho from Monitor Administrators whom I was told works from 16h00 today. What irritates me the most is that today I was told I have to make another payment of R250.00 ontop of the R350.00 I had already made. I was only told of this because I phoned to do a follow up. In the initial e-mail I was sent by Nothando not anywhere did she mentioned that I was to pay a total anount of (R600.00)... I have been waiting on this claim since last year November 2016. I do not think this is fair on anyone to have to wait for so long regarding this matter and I am not willing to wait for any longer. I would like them to deliver the phone as soon as this week. I am not impressed by all of this. The outstanding R250.00 for whatever it is that is for can then be invoiced and debited when the debit their month installment from my bank account. Either than that I would like the phone delivered and frankly want nothing to do with all the involved parties in the future - if you read my previous REVIEWS regarding this matter I think it's pathetic having to mention the laest. I have been waiting, and waiting while the phone has been deducting since when it was lost in November 2016 whistl I have been sitting without it. I beg for your urgent attention regarding this matter please as it is frustrating and exhausting. Someone did not do their job, and I am having to PAY and take the punch for them. I am really not impresseed...
