CELLPHONE CLAIM

what a pathetic service with MTN, i have cell phone insurance and my phone was ****** from the gym from a locked locker, submitted all my document and waited for about 7 days without any phone, they then responded and said my claim was declined it read Kindly note your claim has been reviewed by Guardrisk and they have found that it does not comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

Unfortunately your claim cannot be honoured.

like really ive been paying my premium every month then when it time for them to pay, i get this.....I took insurance to cover myself in the case that I would lose my phone. And the unfortunate happened. I never in my wildest dreams thought my phone would be ****** at the gym from a locked locker.

This was never a place of work or home, it was at the gym I’ve been paying my premiums monthly with no fail. And now that I have a claim you tell me this nonsense.

What other proof do you need to prove that my phone was indeed ******. If you needed more information you could have call the virgin active boulders in Midrand ask for manager as this case was also reported to them.

I've been without a phone for way too long and for you to come back and tell me that you are declining my claim.

My dad and sister have life cover and device cover with MTN as well. If this claim is not taken in the serious manner, they will also cancel.

Please refer my query to higher authority, someone who can take me seriously. If my claim is not paid I will refer my query even higher
