Cellphone booked for repair, had more damages

From the 28/08/2015 I have being waiting from my handset to be repaired, when I went to pick it up the handset was in a worse condition. I spoke to siva who booked in the phone to please don't remove the screen guard back and the front so he did write in additional comments. I received a message to collect and the screen guard was out, the Sim tray was missing and the Sim holder was broken, all the corners of ph had dents,I then rebooked to phone and advised to sort all the above as my ph didn't come in that condition. I then spoke to krish who said they would sort it out, I got two message in error to pick up phone bt those messages were to book in phone. I then spoke to Faizla and up till today the phone has not being sorted. I asked yogan and siva to get Mr Anderson to phone me and I'm still waiting for someone to give me my phone in the condition I booked it in<br> in. They all tell me they will sort it out I have being at mtn Pavilion for more than five times for the same thing and no one cares at all. The Mangers promise you things but don't deliver. I have 3 months left on my contract and I don't think I'm valued at mtn. I will cancel ony 24 month.
