Cellphone and consultant complain

I have bought a Huawei P30 lite at Mtn store(Sandton City Shop No L13B) with a contract on the 05/08/2019 to my experience it's the first time seeing Huawei with a bad camera(pictures are blurry) even when I check on my social media pictures on my timeline are blurry. Went back to MTN on the 08/08/2019 and returned the phone well they gave me another P30 lite and they said when they exchange they can't give me a different brand if Huawei is still in stocks. I took the phone home and tested the camera and it still gives me the same problem now the service provider MTN consultant are treating me bad they said I don't know what I want, according to them the pictures are okay and they didn't what to answer why the pictures on social media are blurry, they just left me like that and carry on with their business, they said the phone is okay and pictures are suppose to be like that and I signed a contract and said that's how the camera was advertised. Please take up the concern with Huawei because now I have to loss my money by canceling the contract because they didn't even want to exchange the phone for me for a different brand. Huawei P30 lite camera is bad guys I hope your consultants can understand/see that and stop defending Huawei and treating us like we mad but when they selling the phone that are all in smiles and being kind.
