Cellnetwork migration is nonsensical

They keep on billing me wrong for their mistakes, it's 3months now. Since September. Cellnetwork offered me a migration plan that was supposed to cost me 299 instead it cost me 499. Now I'm back at my initial plan but they are still billing wrong. They were supposed to refund not bill me this month
