Cell phone upgrade

On the 3rd of May I called MTN to arrange my upgrade, i spoke to a very nice lady called Shanna. We sorted it out and she said that there wasnt any stock at the moment of the phone I requested but that the courier company would advise once they can make the delivery. It has been two months and still no phone. I have mailed MTN but I am getting no reply. I haven't even had a message on my phone that they have even checked the stock for a couple of weeks now. Just some sort of communication would be appreciated.
