Cell phone Upgrade

good day,<br> <br> i would like to voice my displeasure with mtn. i'm currently due for a cellphone upgrade but when i went to the alberton outlet i was informed that the device i'm looking for is out of stock. when i asked the consultant to check for me if i can go to other stores he seemed less interested to even check.<br> i also enquired on the mtn website if i can have an upgrade & i got an automatic response that an agent will contact me within 48 hrs. a week has gone buy & still no response. i would like to know which store i can go to, to get a samsung J1 that is currently being advertise for R129 p/m.<br> <br> warm regards,<br> loyal mtn customer
