cell phone repairs

i got a sony xpiria from mtn keywest branch on september 2014 and the phone was working good for a short period of time by february the phone started to switch itself off for 2 or 3 day till i send it back to mtn on march 2015 i was told i had to pay a fee of R380 for the phone to be repaired fear enough after two weeks we got a call that the phone was water damaged which was news to me i ask if they can send it back to me i was told to pay first which i did so i went to pay the 380 on the 26 of june 2015 till today im still waiting for that phone and the keywest staff are trying by all means to give us good service but MTN is not so all in all im not happy with the service of MTN the company and the other thing is that i was told that the striking staff had gone back to work i will get a my phone back soon and im still waiting so everytime i phoned the branch the answer i get back is that i will get a call as soon as the phone is back
