Cell phone insurance which I never authorized.

I'm very disappointed with mtn, around Jan 20 I've upgraded my contract to my surprise insurance was included with out my knowledge and I'm still paying for it.

Tried several times to call mtn and insurance no one is helping me..

I want my refund and cancelation of insurance.

I can't wait for my contract to end so that I can get another network.
