With a misunderstanding from MTN, my insurance on my Sony Xperia XZ was not taken out. With the help of a wonderful lady Erika du Preez from pinnacle marketing that helped me in a quick and professional way by looking at my query and advising me on all the documentation that was required she promptly sorted out my problem and my phone was insured.
