Eventually got hold of MTN customer complaints. Through a mail. Call centre option non existing!! They acknowledge receipt of my mail and would get back soon. Well!! 6 days later no responds. Shows you how serious they are about customer complaints. Or do they have soo many complaints that they can't get back to you immediately. I'm moving away once my contract ends. Done with MTN!!
