Cell phone delivery not made/kept
i was due for an upgrade on my 24 month contract with MTN and i called them to get a new handset which they promised to deliver to me last week Monday already. I've been calling to find out whats happening and all I've been getting is transfers to the deliveries department (where my calls got cut off). i'm still waiting for the handset and nobody has called to inform me of what the delay is all about. I'm annoyed and if i have to call MTN again i will cancel my subscription.
