Cell phone contracts and data

Do not subscribe a contract with them, one of thier consultants called for a cheaper data deal. The didn't have the guy's to tell me that I was gonna be charged migration fee, of which I ddnt know about.

I only find out later when they sent me my Montly statement, I was charge R850 for migration fee, more than my Montly subscription fee.

Lastly called them to cancel my contract with them, they told me to pay cancelation fee of which I did,even today my contract are still not canceled.

I am taking them to Ombudsman.
