Cell phone contract cancelation

Phone contract expired on the 17th of May 2026 and payment was made on the 20th as the final amount and last one for the contract however they refuse to cancel the contract, to send proof of cancelation and I'm being billed extra R1600 that no one knows where it comes from as I don't owe.
