Cell phone contract

After the reply about my complain about mtn that denied me a cell phone contract and the late payment is there app that is behind i still didnt get any joy from them its by way the worst network there is it seems that ones money is not good enouth for them. I tried to apply for the bissiness 6.5 gig and 400min but was told that i dont own a business so cant. What rubish is that its my money and who said i cant afford it i have a data sim and never skiped a payment
