Cell phone Contract Billing is incorrect

I sent them an email regarding my bill and no one has bothered to me back. How can I get bill for R11300 for the month of February of which I don't even have a business. Pls kindly be advised that MTN is robbing us. I,m now switching my account and I'll meet them in court.
