Cell phone Claim

I just wonder if Santam Insurance as the underwriters of that MTN Insurance are aware of the ****py service that we as customers are subjected to. Claim approved and excess paid within the first week. We're on the 3rd week of my claim and still no phone. ****** WOW!!!
