Cell Phone

I bought Cell Phone at Truworths on the 19th of October 2021. Hardly a week that phone started making funny sounds. I went ti truworth the first time they said I must bring everything that came with the phone which I did. It's close to 4 weeks no feedback NO nothing and I dont have a Gudget now. I called truworths they told me they will call MTN and call me back. Saturday I drove ro Truworths and they didn't give me feedback instead they said I must wait for their call. The service of MTN and Truworth is poor am not happy. The reason I bought the handset is because I needed one and is not my fault that they selling phones that can't last a month.. I need MTN to refund Me and stop inconveniencing me now my life is stuck I can't do any I cant pay anything without a phone. I must runaround borrowing cellphones as if I don't have a phone. MTN and Truworth must just give me a phone before the end of this week or refund me please.
