My cellphone got lost on the 23August 2015 I report it the sunday morning at the police station they said I need to go to mtn which I then went to mtn trade route mall. They advise I need to call 808 and block my phone and get a number which I need to give to the police station when making my statement. I did everything then I called Mtn Sp insurance to put my claim in I could not get thru. Then then tried several times but no luck on the 29 August I went to Mtn in South gate to get help the gentleman then assisted me but faxing my document and said the insurance will call me back. I waited I then decide to call again but still I cant get thru. I decide to go back to South gate Mtn for feedback I was told that they also cant get thru to Mtn sp insurance. How de hell will I get my new phone if Mtn is so **** up I pay every single month with no ****en problems but now im claiming there service is so **** up. Im thinking of cancelling my contract and go to another service provider. ****ed
