Hi had a contract with Cell C, but did not want to renew it, but did want to keep the same cell number. I went to MTN at Cascades and they cnf they would port the number. I wanted to use the number on my tables and to load data. All was done.... or so i though, when i tried to load data there was a problem so went back to MTN and they loaded for me. Then i established that the number was not ported so again i went back to MTN Cascades to complain - the manager went through everything again and asked me to email him my id or phone in my id number. The numbers given just rang so i emailed him. It still appears as though the my number ********** 100 has not been ported and that ********** 096 is the number. So not only has there been three attempts and promises that it was done, i am also getting not stop junk messages so it appears has though MTN has sold the number ********** 096 and also send me not stop MTN junk.
