Cat S30 Scratched Screen

<p>I recently purchased a Cat S30 on an MTN Top Up 350 from the main MTN store in Cresta. 3 days after having purchased the phone, I noticed light scratches on the screen which should not have been there due to the Gorilla glass that the phone is advertised with. I returned the phone within the first 7 days of purchase only to be told the phone would have to be booked in for assesment which would take a maximum of 14 working days. 10 working days later and the phone has yet to even be assessed. Whenever I am told that I would get a phone call back to update me on the progress, im stuck having to listen to some primary school graduate spewing the worst kind of objection handling I have ever heard.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you were thinking of dealing with MTN...DON'T!</p>
