Kindly note the HVRC (Repair Centre) Department is bound by the Manufacturer's repair guidelines in accordance to their policies and mandates. This Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the hardware, including cracks or scratches on the LCD screen.
When a device has physical damage, it voids the warranty.
