Castle Gate MTN Struggling to upgrade very unpleasant experience.

MTN Castle Gate. I am so frustrated. I received a message that I can upgrade. I went to Castle Gate and was there for almost an hour. Then sy said that I must come back tomorrow. I passed the credit check and went back. The lady said I should not have come she will call me to come. This was the second time. On Friday I went again and was told I must pay R1200 in order to upgrade. I arranged with the lady that I would be paying in 3 installments. The person an MTN Castle Gate said then we must do it all over again. I wasted 3 times by going there, this is not acceptable.
