***** case not taken seriously

***** was committed on my account by Rewardsco and MTN is telling me I must call Rewardsco to reverse the migration that I did not request. When I asked how Rewardsco got my MTN details to start with they were unable to tell me. My account is with MTN but they are refusing to help me. They will only assist me if I send an affidavit and ID copy. The investigation will take 21days. But in the mean time they can’t stop a migration I did not request.
