Case closed without any feedback

I've logged a case of using my loyalty point it was logged on 3rd of July 2021 since today no one has called 2 tell what happened to my loyalty points but when I call the case is closed..MTN does care of there customers they care is money.im very disappointed with there service after so many I've been there client no:REQ***
