***** case affecting my credit profile. MTN doesn't care

MTN confirmed a *****ulent account in my name about 10 months ago, yet the matter is still affecting my credit profile. I emailed the legal department multiple times with no response. This is frustrating and I will never do business with them. If you are thinking of being their client, do it at your own risk. They don't even deserve 1 star.
