******* Carlton centre MTN agents

Mtn Carlton centre is ******* and lazy.I have had my number for more then 10 years and was recently ****** and lost my phone with my Sim card.I went to the mtn branch at Carlton centre on the 8 of October to do a sim swap and the lady said she wants R50 to assist me which I didn’t have.she then said it’s fine she will assist me without me paying.she never took any of my documents and said the sim swap is successful and I must wait a day for it to work successfully.following day I waited and still it was not active.on the 18 I went again to the branch and they said their system is offline and I went to ghandi square an they assisted good,I managed to do sim swap with them.Mtn Carlton centre has ridiculous customer service and are *******.
