Careless, No security checks to perform sim swap

MTN authorized a sim swap which led to my mom be de*****ed as they hacked into my mom's FNB account and app**** for a loan and ewallet& transferred all her funds out. If it wasn't for MTN's facilitation of the sim swap this wouldn't have happened as the ****s rely heavily on OTPs.
