Careless champion

I’m incredibly upset with a MTN Champion namely Nokwazi Malinga, she made a direct debit on Friday 05 July 2024. My line has been suspended, and have not been able to make or receive calls. She has been avoiding me from 08:00am this morning, it’s 11:07 and I’m told she’s on a break. She made an arrangement of R1400 of which my remaining balance is R300 and some change. At this stage, I can’t even close this contract!!! To say I’m upset is an understatement.
