Careful with MTN!!!! Impossible to cancel an expired contract.

Customer service department and 135 callcenter is pathetic, outstandingly ****. Sick and tired for attempting to cancel my one contract with MTN. Why does mtn no longer give customers the option to cancel contracts at local mtn shops???? Endless problems . Just getting nowhere. The call centre mostly hangup or drop thephone. *** just gives a reference number and inform me that they will get back later. Ref number #***, customer support also gave ref numbers and eventually refer me to ***. for those intending to have a contract with MTN, be sure that you will never be able to cancel an expired contract with mtn. The only option is to upgrade the expired contract and pay for the rest of your life. This month i will have to pay again for a phone i dont use anymore.
