Cape Gate MTN worst ever

Mtn store in Cape Gate gave us the worst service ever they made a mistake on my mothers contract and never explained to her that her contract is being down graded with less data, all they care about is selling expensive devices to make more commission then to top it all the friendly staff lady (NOT) refused to give us her name because we wanted to report her to Mtn head office so i am busy convincing my mother to move her service to another service provider as mtn call centre and mtn store do not correspond with eachother in what they say can you please cone back to us before we go to the CPA and ombudsman to report this to them.
