Cantel Cellular (MTN) - Knowles Center, Pinetown - Brilliant!
This review is not based on MTN as a business, but rather an agent/branch/business/re-seller that bends over backwards to treat their customers well and get the best possible deals and support.
Cantel Cellular is a Pinetown, Kwazulu-Natal branch that operates out of Knowles Centre in Pinetown.
I have dealt with this office for nearly 18 years, and every single issue I have had with MTN as a service provider has been resolved and supported by this branch.
MTN may not be brilliant as a Service Provider and have their issues, but this particular organisation has always gone out of their way to treat their customers with respect and more importantly, they get the job done.
Every single issue or problem I have had with MTN, this branch/agency has tackled like absolute professionals and have NEVER **** or made excuses. Forget about dealing with the call-center or such, these are the people you want to deal with.
Linda (staff) & her new team has always made sure that every customer gets the best deals and support possible, and they never fail to phone back.
I will most highly recommend Cantel Cellular in Pinetown as the only place you should consider for your next cellular contract.
