Can't upgrade on date app and website shows!

Poor communication in regards to upgrade. App and website shows that I am able to do upgrade today. But if I want to do the upgrade I have to pay over R6000. Even though their T&C show that I can do the upgrade 3 months before end of contract. I contacted them and now I can only upgrade next month, even thought app shows it is today. This is unacceptable!
