CANT UPGRADE CONTRACT

In the August 2020 Y'ello trader on page 39, Lenovo Core i3 Yoga is advertised available for upgrade. Since the beginning of August, I try to upgrade my current contract to the laptop deal, the only answer I get is it's not available, Mall of the North tell me that it would take two weeks to get the laptop because it must be kept in quarantine for two weeks, Savanha Mall tells me its not available, how is it possible that MTN advertise something in there August trader and they don’t have it even called MTN direct *** they also tell me that it's not available, why advertise something that you don’t have.
