Cant trust the people you talk to at MTN

You sruggle to get contracts cancelled. They have excuses, system is not working etc till you call within the 30days. Then tell you they can help you with a retention deal for a lower price then you can call the next month and cancel the contract. Following month you call then they created a new 24 month contract and you will pay penalty and full 24 months to cancel...
