Can't stop USSD type adverts.

How do I get rid of the "MTN Menu" USSD type unsolicited ads? I unsubscribed from all notifications in the MTN Android App under "Manage Consent". I've logged on to their website and revoked all unsolicited contact permission and I've used the USSD menu and revoked all permissions. I've also used every USSD combo found from similar complaints on the web BUT I STILL GET THESE UNSOLICITED NOTIFICATIONS THAT REQUIRE INTERACTING WITH THE PHONE. And 5 seconds later I get prompted "WHY ARE YOU NOT INTERESTED" with an opt-out option that CLEARLY DOESN'T FKN WORK.
