Cant speak to consultant for insurance query
My phone was ****** more than a week ago ,when submitting the claim I was told because of the high volumes of the claims that my claim will take up to 5 working days.Its been 8 working days and I still have not been contacted,Everytime I call the callcentre ,The line drops or is unavailable,if you follow the prompts it says my claim form has not been received even though I have a reference number for claim form been received.Its the worst service ever experienced!!!
