Cant speak to an agent

How are we meant to talk to your service champion of your stupid menu doesnt give us the option. I dont require none of the self service option I want to talk to a human being and explain my problem.please change this **** self service menu I want to speak to another person please. **** I'm so frustrated been trying to get through the past hour.
