Can't receive phone, because of processes not working

My contract upgraded. Upon delivery, DSV couldn't authenticate my fingerprints. They insisted MTN had to initiate an OTP delivery. MTN does not know how to do this... SURELY there is a plan B for every step in the process? So, how do I upgrade now?
