Cant receive calls from other service providers

<p>Can someone please assist as I have dealt with *********** staff from the call centre. Its been months now since my sim stopped receiving calls from external service providers( Vodacom, cellc,,telokm etc. I have been advised that l must deactivate call barring and still the same thing lam still battling, was then advised to do a sim swop and still the same issue.<br />Worst part was issued with a number to call for the technical team as they will to check this throughly. I need this sorted asap dont have the time to be busy running around calling MTN. my no is ********** 333</p>
