Cant Purchase deal

I have been trying everyday for a week to try purchase the SuperFlex deal that is hosted online. It keeps declining my cards and when i call in i am placed on hold for 10min+ and then i hang up. Pathetic company and service , just today (14th November 23) i scrolled to see how many complaints this business has. Two pages full for one day.
