Cant login into mycontract.mtn.co.za to cancel contract

I want to cancel my contract but when i try to log into: https://mycontract.mtn.co.za i keep getting the following error:

Error An error has occurred. Please contact Customer service.

My login credentials are correct. Please help me cancel my MTN contract?
