Can't get through to Customer Service

For the past MONTH I have been trying to get a hold of mtn customer service bt no luck...the voice Box keeps telling me that they are unable to forward me to a consultant and that I must try again later. This has been a continuous problem AND cannot seem to get through to the customer service AT ALL!!!
