Can't get through to a human in customer service

For 2 weeks I can't find a way to get through to a human on the phone with MTN. Why do we keep getting redirected to robots? It's really frustrating not being able to talk to someone. I don't want to whatsapp, I just want to sort over the phone and get my question answerd.
