Cant get through

Hi, i have called Mtn from the past month wanting to give them my new Banking Details and i can never get through to them. I call with a landline and i hold for about 2 hours and they drop the call. My line has been disconnected and i need it reconnected, i have emailed you guys my new banking details.<br> <br> I have never seen such experienced such please open the line, i dont think its still active
