can't get sms or GSM calls??

Had to change my number. After doing so, SMS and calls stopped coming in. This is a problem because most foreign services use SMS as 2fa/OTP, especially whatsapp and facebook. I did the changeover on Friday. It is now monday and this is still not resolved. Fix it. i do not want to escalate further.
